1. We go by your schedule
we learn your specific schedule and help you plan a workout that works for you
Nine2Fit is a one of a kind service that matches the needs of our clients, who all have different schedules and obligations, and sets them up for success with a program that matches your availability. Here is an average week of one of our clients; Monday: soccer practice, Tuesday: Piano Lessons, Guitar Lessons, Wednesday: BREATHE, Thursday: Finishing homework that should have been done 3 days ago but your said it was optional when that was actually just their opinion..... and it goes on! This, all on top of a work schedule and making time for friends and spouses leads to a cluttered and busy life that doesn't seem to have room for yourself! Nine2Fit is all about helping you find YOUR time in YOUR schedule to meet YOUR needs so YOU feel better, look better, sleep better, move better, and LIVE better!
2. We keep you accountable
Text, email, scheduled Skype calls, you name it. Our job is to see you through to success and if it's not working we will change the plan to fit to you.
Accountability is a huge part of our program. Without somebody else holding you to a higher standard, it is easy to slack off! Even our coaches have accountability partners! It's so important to have somebody with you along the journey of health and fitness to make sure that you are doing your best, and doing it safely. Have a problem with your program? We can fix it right away to make sure it is exactly what you should be doing.
3. We work with your fitness level
There is absolutely no judgement.
Our coaches come with lots of experience under their belts, and with their own stories to tell that lead them to where they are today. Nobody just woke up fit, healthy and strong. It was a journey for each of us, and we want to share that passion and drive with our clients, ESPECIALLY if you feel like you aren't good enough to start. The fitness industry is one of passion and commitment, and our coaches pour themselves into our clients so that they not only feel empowered, but cared for and supported through the journey. Fitness is most fun with a friend.
4. We build programs specifically to your needs
whether that's wanting to be more acitive with your kids, develope less knee pain, fit into your olds, eliminate that back pain, be able to wear heels again on that date night, look better in your vacation photos,
Meeting the needs of our clients is the reason we are successful. Everybody has a different story and a different reason for wanting to get into shape. What is important is that your coach knows those needs and creates your program specific to those needs. Back injuries, knee pain, shoulder injuries, and more are all common problems that need to be worked around; something that pre-made template will not account for. When you talk to us over our video conference, your coach will craft your program around any problems you have have. Likewise, if your goal is to wear high heels again without your knees hurting the next day, or if you just want to look good in your vacation photos, we will make sure your program will get you there!
5. We are committed to you.
This is why we built this program. You can expect from us to give you the highest level of coaching and customer service. If you dislike the program so much we will give you your first months money back guaranteed no questions asked. that's how committed we are to you. We know this program will change your life. Take the first steps of signing up your risk free first month and let us handle the rest.

Getting back into exercise and regular fitness can be tough, especially if, like me, you are busy daydreaming of the vacation you just got back from where I consumed more reps of alcohol than reps in my workouts each day. Good habits are hard to build, and very easy to break. Have you ever seen anybody trying to sell you a product that helps you break good habits? Neither have I. That's because it's easy to break a good habit, and usually difficult to get rid of the bad ones (see addictive substances)
I just came back from a vacation in Playa Del Carmen where I had my fun in the sun and enjoyed relaxation to the fullest (several naps were had, sometimes multiple times a day). While I packed enough exercise attire to work out each day, I simply just didn't, mostly because I was so far from my normal daily routine that I found it difficult to pull myself together. Out of the 5 days I meant to exercise, I completed 2 of them! Just like you guys, I'm human as well and find it hard to stick to things sometimes. However, I did have a few good strategies that helped me stay active.
Similar to what Dru wrote about in his last blog post, I like to choose activities that will keep me active on vacation like snorkeling and swimming in the ocean. For those of you that know me a little better, you're probably surprised that I willingly jumped in water that I'm sure is infested with sharks waiting to eat me. Don't plan on hearing of me doing it again. I'm still convinced they're all out there waiting to gnaw on my leg.
Now that I've returned from vacation, I'm back into my usual routine of exercising Sunday-Friday workouts. To share some tips and tricks for getting back in to the swing of things post-relaxation, I would say take a look at your routines prior to leaving, and do your best to pick right back up where you left off. If you're like me, you feel bad about not working out, and maybe like there's no point to resuming if you've lost so much progress. I implore you to remember how you felt when you were taking care of yourself, and know that you've already "been there, done that" so returning to the norm is a simple matter of forcing yourself to do it again!
As always, if you need a little extra motivation or more direction in your healthy lifestyle, reach out! We'd love to help.
