Everybody wants to feel like they have more energy. If you’re anything like me, naps are one of the best parts of the day (if you can fit them in!). The only problem with that is a) I’m trying to be as productive as possible with each day and b) I usually feel like I never get enough time for myself to really take care of myself the way I would like to. Over time, I’ve come up with 4 of my favorite ways to make sure my days are productive, full of energy, and are something I can look back on with pride knowing I gave my absolute best. |
