What types of workout programs are these?
These exercise programs a very specific to each client, which results in a wide variety! We create workouts that can be used outdoors, in your home, at the gym, while you travel; the applications and possibilities are infinite. Included in your program are all of the important components; diet tracking, cardiovascular improvement, strength training, and flexibility.
Who assigns my workout program?
You will be paired with a trainer that best meets your needs. This trainer will be your personal coach on your fitness journey! They will Skype with you on your initial call so that you will be paired from the very beginning. All of our trainers are qualified and ready to be your personal online fitness coach.
How often do I check in with my trainer?
Your check ins will be something that you and your trainer both decide together. If you value the accountability aspect of our coaching, we can stay in contact with you every single day to make sure your workouts are being accomplished! We also work with people who tend to be more independent and need less contact and that is OK too!
How often do my workouts change?
Your workouts will change every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your needs and your response to our programs. If you feel a particular workout is not fitting within your schedule, let your trainer know and they will make a change in order for you to continue being successful with your workouts.
If I have an injury, can I still get a plan built for me?
Yes! Many of our clients have current or past injuries that affect what types of exercises they can do. We almost never see clients who have not sustained some sort of injury in the past. Often times it was these injuries that caused our clients to put a hold on physical activity. Our trainers understand and are qualified to build modified workout plans that account for any injuries that a client may have.
Do I have to have a gym membership too?
Nope! Like I mentioned in our workout program selection, we meet you where you are. Is going to a big gym intimidating or inconvenient? No problem! We can write you a program to do in your home with the equipment you have available. Not sure what equipment you might need? We can help you pick that out too. Likewise, if you want to utilize your gym membership but aren't sure where to start, we can research your fitness center and create a program based on what is available to you so you can get the most value out of your subscription.
What if I do not know how to use gym machines or equipment for my workout?
That is OK! When we build your workout via Skype with you, we will go over every exercise to make sure you know what you will be doing. And if you forget, we have instructional videos for EVERY workout that we will assign to you that shows exactly how to use each piece of equipment. If you need further instruction, your trainer will be available to assist you via text or email.
How do I get into touch with my trainer if I have a question or want a change in my program? How quickly can I get a change?
Getting in touch with your trainer is as easy as picking up your phone. All of your workouts get sent directly to your email every day, at which point you can text, email, or message our trainers within our workout app!
